RV Drop-Off Schedule and Requirements
Tuesday, June 24th is designated for RV companies to deliver campers on behalf of patrons. A Camper Drop-Off Form must be submitted in advance to schedule the delivery. RV companies must also have all relevant order information for the camper they are delivering. NOTE: do not send them with any physical stickers as you will need these in order to enter at a later date!
Wednesday, June 25th is designated for friends or family members dropping off a camper for someone else attending the event. These individuals must also have the camper’s order information at the time of drop-off. NOTE: do not send them with any physical stickers as you will need these in order to enter at a later date!
Starting Thursday, June 26th no one will be permitted to enter the gates, campground, or venue without proper passes.
If someone is planning to drop off a camper and does not have event credentials, they must complete the delivery by Wednesday.
