Your purchase of a 10' X 10' booth includes TWO (2) Vendor Wristbands, ONE (1) Vendor Parking Pass, and ONE (1) Vendor Campsite.
Your purchase of a 20' X 10' booth includes THREE (3) Vendor Wristbands, ONE (1) Vendor Parking Pass, and ONE (1) Vendor Campsite.
Your purchase of a 20' X 20' booth includes FOUR (4) Vendor Wristbands, TWO (2) Vendor Parking Passes, and ONE (1) Vendor Campsite.
Application Deadline is April 30th. Application does not guarantee a vendor spot at the event.
Country Jam is a cashless event. Vendors will be required to use event POS system.
ABSOLUTELY NO BOOTH SHARING WILL BE ALLOWED. IF A VENDOR IS FOUND TO BE SHARING BOOTH SPACE WITH ANOTHER VENDOR, THE ADDITIONAL VENDOR(S) WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE BOOTH FEE, OR RISK BOTH PARTIES’ EXPULSION FROM THE FESTIVAL. VENDOR IS ONLY PERMITTED TO VEND, SELL, AND PROMOTE OUT OF ALLOTTED VENDOR SPACE PROVIDED. IN ORDER TO PROVIDE A UNIFORM LOOK THROUGHOUT THE FESTIVAL, COUNTRY JAM WILL BE SUPPLYING EACH VENDOR WITH A TENT, SIDEWALL, AND SIGNAGE FOR ITS BOOTH. COUNTRY JAM WILL WORK WITH EACH VENDOR TO CREATE APPROPRIATE SIGNAGE. ABSOLUTELY NO VENDOR-OWNED TENTS MAY BE USED.
ALL VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO BE OPEN DURING THE TIMES LISTED BELOW. DUE TO THE MUSIC SCHEDULE, MANY WILL STAY OPEN LATER. VENDING SCHEDULE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
