Welcome to the 28th Country Jam!
It’s time for Country Jam 2019! As we get ready for the biggest country music party in Colorado, please read through this page to get yourself prepared as you make your way to Grand Junction, Colorado, on June 13-16.
Before You Arrive
If you have received your wristbands in the mail but have not registered:
COMING SOON: Make sure to register your wristband and top up your cashless account by visiting CountryJam.com/topup. Wristband registration protects you in case you lose your wristband, it is stolen, damaged, or it simply stops working. Once your wristband is registered and you arrive on site, put it on your RIGHT wrist. This is also where you can top up your account for cashless payments during the festival. Country Jam is 100 percent cashless again this year, so registering and topping up in advance is highly recommended. Don’t forget: earn a bonus $5 for every $125 you top up on your wristband until Tuesday, June 11th.
DO NOT PUT YOUR WRISTBAND ON before you get to the festival. You won’t be able to take it off.
If you purchased a camping or parking pass and received it in the mail, please stick it on the lower part of your windshield on the driver’s side before you arrive.
If you purchased your tickets after May 24th and did not receive wristbands in the mail, your passes may be picked up at one of the following locations (bring your ID):
- VIP and Premier Campers: Follow signs to the appropriate campground tollbooth to pick up your passes, starting at 10:00 AM Wednesday, June 12.
- All Other Campers: Follow signs to the main camp tollbooth, you can pick up your passes there. If you need to purchase additional passes or upgrade to camp access, you can also do this at the main campground. You can start picking up your passes at 10:00 AM Wednesday, June 12th. If you need to purchase overflow parking, you may do so in any lane.
- Non-Campers: You can pick up your passes at the East, West, South Box Office starting at 12:00 PM Thursday, June 13th, and the VIP Box Office at 1:00 PM. If you’d like to pick them up early, the West Box Office will be open on Wednesday from 12:00 – 4:00 PM.
Campers & Campground Party
If you are camping, please be sure to affix your window sticker in the lower left corner of your vehicle’s windshield and follow the appropriate color-coded signing upon entering Jam Ranch. Campers will be able to arrive to the festival starting at 10:00 AM Wednesday, June 12th. Click here to see hours of operation for each campground tollbooth. Doors will open at 6:00 PM to the Western Slope Saloon for this year’s campground party. This party is exclusive to our 2019 campers only, and you must be 21 or older to enter the Western Slope Saloon.
Need to add Campground Access?
If you are planning to camp, make sure you have camp access included with your admission ticket. If you don’t, call us at 855-821-9210 and we can add it now. Avoid the lines at the festival and save money by doing this now.
Bringing more than one vehicle to the campgrounds?
Each campsite only holds one steering wheel, so if you are planning to bring multiple vehicles, you will need to purchase an Overflow Campground Parking Pass. Click here to purchase now and avoid the lines.
Fill Up Your Pool/RV
There will be water trucks assigned to a certain area of the campground. Once you have the pool ready for water, you can flag them down to fill! The cost is $125 per 1,000 gallons.
Pump Out Service/Port-A-Potty Delivery
United Site Services can be contacted on-site at 970-989-3934 to pump your RV’s septic tank or if you are having a Port-a-Potty delivered to your campsite.
There will be enhanced security this year; please plan ahead! Expect to be searched (both vehicles and persons) when entering the campgrounds and festival grounds.
