  • All roads in the campgrounds are fire lanes and must be kept clear at all times. If you exceed the boundaries of your campsite into these fire lanes, we will ask you to purchase an additional campsite and we may need to relocate you.

SAFETY & HEALTH REGULATIONS

All RVs and vehicles in the campgrounds must have at least 10 feet of separation from each other including slide outs. Group camps (i.e. campers with a group of two or more campsites) MUST fit within the designated and assigned space purchased and can not be in any road way (including all tow vehicles).

If you choose to line the outside of your sites with RVs and create a common space in the center, you must allow for emergency access to the center area in the form of two 10-foot openings at opposite ends of your camp. This will be strictly enforced by campground security and local EMS.

ALL generators must be properly vented away from sleeping units, including tents and RV’s. Generators must be separated from tents by a minimum of 20 feet and protected from contact by fencing or other approved means. You can purchase a generator exhaust kit (like this one) to route the COout of your own and surrounding campsites.

Please ensure that your RV is equipped with a working carbon-monoxide detector. The festival will have safety staff monitoring the placement of generators to ensure that it is safely exhausting harmful fumes away from enclosed sleeping areas. If not, then safety staff with require you to either move, shut down or properly vent your exhaust.

All camping is primitive. Drinking water, port-o-potties, and garbage disposal are provided.

Security/Emergencies

Security is provided by Mesa County Sheriff’s Department and Country Jam Security.

Citations will be issued for violations. Drinking age of 21+ will be enforced.

Yes! All generators must be vented above the height of your camping unit using an exhaust kit as there will be people camping in tents near your generator. You can purchase a generator exhaust kit (like this one) to route the CO2 out of your own and surrounding campsites. Generators must be separated from all tents by a minimum of twenty (20) feet and protected from contact by fencing or other approved means.

For your safety and the safety of others around you, please make sure your RV is equipped with a carbon monoxide detector as well, as that is required.

If your neighbor is running a generator, make sure they are properly venting it.

ALL GENERATORS MUST BE TURNED OFF BY 2:00 AM FOR QUIET HOURS.

Due to enforcement of Quiet Camping hours being an issue in the past, we no longer have camping sections designated as quiet camping. Generators in ALL campgrounds must be turned OFF by 2am. Please respect your fellow campers!

Personal port-o-potties are available to rent and will be delivered to your campsite upon arrival. Based on availability, these can be purchased on our ticketing site as an “add on” to your campsite. Upon arrival, please call our porta potty company to have them deliver your personal unit to your site. Note that deliveries can take between 1-2 hours during busy time. We recommend bringing a lock to keep others out of your personal unit.

We also recommend that you purchase your port-o-potty rental in the same order as your campsites!

We have a limited number of accessible campsites available in the Standard Campground area in rows G & H. If you require an accessible campsite, contact info@countryjamco.com to coordinate your ADA campsite purchase. If sold out, you may purchase a site in any campground and communicate with our access team for assistance on site.

We have a very limited number of 50-amp electrical campsites available in our standard camping section. You will need to purchase an electrical site if you would like electricity. Otherwise, we recommend bringing a generator.

Please visit our Camping Page for generator rules and requirements.

Within each campsite, you can park one steering mechanism and one sleeping unit; a drive-able RV counts as both. If you need to park additional vehicles (motorcycles included), you’ll want to purchase a Campground Overflow Parking Pass.

Country Jam has a variety of campsite size options:

  • Standard Campsite – 20’ x 30’
  • Standard Long Campsite – 20’ x 40’
  • Standard Electrical Campsite – 20’ x 30’
  • Premier Campsite – 20’ x 40’
  • VIP Campsite – 20’ x 40’

View our campsite availability at countryjam.frontgatetickets.com.

Depending on the type of camping and specific campsite number purchased, your campsite will be within one of our three campgrounds. Check out our festival map to see the location of each campground.

Depending on the type of camping purchased, the walk varies from just a few minutes to twenty minutes. These walking times and the location of each campground are indicated on our festival map. There is also a free shuttle bus route that runs in between the different campgrounds and the main festival grounds as shown on the map.

For the fastest way to get from campsite to the gate, grab one of our golf cart shuttles! An optional transportation choice for all patrons is a paid door-to-door golf cart shuttle service. Carts operate throughout the campgrounds and parking lots but can not enter the concert site or leave the festival site.

We have no limit on the number of people per campsite but would recommend between 4-6 people for a comfortable stay.
