Before You Buy

Festival Tickets

All 4-day tickets include:

  • Access to the venue for all 4 days including main stage, Jack’s Place Side Stage, DJ tent and all food and merchandise vendors
  • 1 wristband for the entire weekend – tickets are non-transferrable.

Student Ticket purchasers (READ ME):

  • Student tickets are available to students with valid student IDs only and must have it with them at all times
  • All student tickets include Camp Access; Student tickets are no longer sold as admission only

Reserved Seats include:

  • A Reserved seat in front of the General Admission area, but behind the VIP seating section (sections 6-10)
  • For access into the campgrounds, you must add Camp Access to the seat at the time of purchase

VIP Seats include:

  • A Reserved seat in front of the stage (sections 1-5)
  • Access to the VIP Hospitality Village with flushable restrooms, air conditioned tent, and shaded seating with complimentary a la carte food, beer, soda, and water, during open hours (hard liquor after 6:00 pm) as well as buffet each night from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm
  • For access into the campgrounds, you must add Camp Access to the seat at the time of purchase

Super VIP includes:

  • Exclusive viewing area behind section 5 (this tier does not include a seat assignment)
  • Above ground pool within viewing area
  • Super VIP Concierge
  • Private bartenders/servers within viewing area
  • Catered meals delivered into viewing area
  • Super VIP only on-stage viewing platform on the east side of the stage
  • Access to purchase camping in VIP Campground (based upon availability)
  • Includes Camp Access (does not include a campground)

Camp Access

  • All patrons who enter the campground (even just to visit) must have Camp Access added to their admission ticket
  • VIP and Reserved seats must add camp access during the sales process
  • General Admission should purchase the ‘General Admission with Camp Access’ ticket
  • If you already have your admission ticket and want to add camp access, please call us at 855-821-9210. DO NOT WAIT TO DO THIS AT THE FESTIVAL, PLEASE CALL NOW.

Upgrades

  • Upgrades must be done by calling us at 855-821-9210
  • ALL UPGRADES SHOULD BE DONE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE TO ENSURE RECEIPT OF NEW CREDENTIAL (orders/upgrades done within 2 weeks of the show may be required to pick up at the festival)
  • Upgrade pricing is subject to current price of the desired ticket less the original order total

 

General Festival Info

  • All ages welcome, Kids 10 & under are admitted free in General Admission. (Tickets required for all ages all seating and add ons)
  • Country Jam is a rain or shine event
  • Camp access is required for all patrons entering the campground, even just to visit
  • DO NOT buy passes from a third party/scalper
  • We won’t service, authenticate or support passes purchased from a third party or scalper
  • We do not assist in any third-party transactions
  • All patrons are subject to search
  • Lineup is subject to change without notice
  • No re-entry for single day tickets or day parking
  • All orders are subject to fees
  • Wristbands are void when tampered
  • All sales are final. No refunds.

 

Parking

VIP Parking

  • The entrance to VIP parking is located just north of the main entrance to the festival on Old HWY 6
  • VIP parking is included with all VIP Seats, just show your wristband at the entrance of the VIP lot
  • Overnight parking is permitted in this lot

West Weekend Parking & Accessible Parking

  • West Weekend Parking is valid for all 4 days
  • West Weekend Parking is available for purchase to all patrons and is located near the West Gate
  • Please enter at the main entrance off Old Highway 6 and follow signs for West Weekend Parking/Accessible Parking
  • Those with a government issued handicap placard or license plate will be directed to our accessible parking area
  • NO TAILGATING OR CAMPING
  • NO BUSES, RVS, OVERSIZED VANS or CAMPERS WILL BE ALLOWED
  • Overnight parking is permitted in this lot

Campground Overflow Parking  

  • Campground Overflow Parking is valid for all 4 days
  • Located South-East of the General campgrounds
  • Available to camping patrons that are bringing vehicles beyond the allotted 1 steering mechanism per campsite
  • This pass does not allow vehicle entry to the campgrounds
  • NO TAILGATING OR CAMPING
  • NO BUSSES, RVS, OVERSIZED VANS, CAMPERS WILL BE ALLOWED
  • Overnight parking is permitted in this lot

1-Day Parking

  • Daily parking is available for purchase the day of show only
  • Payment is limited to cash or cashless wristband only, no cards will be accepted
  • NO TAILGATING, NO CAMPERS, NO EXCEPTIONS!
  • No overnight parking in this lot

 

Camping

  • All campsites include one steering mechanism and one sleeping unit; an RV counts as both
  • Generators are allowed; must be turned off during quiet hours
  • Quiet hours start at 2:00 am
  • All Campsites are 20-feet wide and 30- or 40-feet deep depending on the site purchased
  • Your camper or RV must fit entirely in your space
  • Any camper or RV longer than your site must purchase multiple sites
  • All roads in the campgrounds are fire lanes and must be kept clear at all times
  • Be courteous to your neighbors. If you have an onboard generator, consider buying a generator exhaust kit (like this one) to route the CO2 out of yours and surrounding campground
  • Group camps must leave two 10-foot openings into the center camp for fire/EMS/security access (see below)


 

Extras

Country Club

  • The Country Club is located on the West Side of the festival grounds and is open the same hours at the festival gates
  • Access to the “Members Only” air-conditioned tent for the weekend which includes snacks, discounted drinks at cash bar, souvenir mug, and private restrooms
  • Exclusive access to the Artist Interview stage inside the Country Club
  • Country Club membership is available to all ticketed patrons (does not include admission)
  • All patrons need a ticket to enter, including those under 10
  • The membership is per person for the whole weekend (non-transferrable)

Skybox

  • The Skybox is elevated stadium seating on the west side of the stage
  • A Skybox ticket is available to all ticketed patrons (does not include admission)
  • All patrons need a ticket to enter, including those under 10
  • The membership is per person and per artist (non-transferrable)
  • Skybox ticket holders meet at the Press Gate on west side of the venue 20 minutes before the start of the show
  • Do not be late
  • Must stay on the skybox for the duration of the performance once it begins
  • No food or drink allowed in the Skybox

Personal Port-o-Potty

  • Personal Port-o-Potty delivered to your specific campsite
  • Upon arrival to site, please call the number provided in the arrival instructions email
  • One service included, additional services are at purchaser’s expense
  • Bring your own lock

 

After you buy: Shipping/Wristbands/Stickers

Some things to note about what happens after you place your order:

  • Make sure that your shipping address is correct so we send it to the right address – THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT!
  • Orders requiring a re-shipment/replacement will be charged $25 per order
  • International customers should choose ‘on-site pickup’ at time of purchase
  • Shipping will start in late March and continue through the middle of May
  • Country Jam ships using USPS and signature is not required for delivery
  • An email with tracking will be generated and emailed to you when your order is packed
  • Separately placed orders are shipped separately
  • Deadline to change shipping address is March 15
  • Last day to place an order for shipment is May 15

How to change your shipping address:

  • Click here to go to the online cart
  • Login with your username and password
  • Click on ‘Orders’
  • Select the order you want to change the address for (you will need to change it for each individual order)
  • Change the address in the pop up window
  • Log out

**Changes made after March 15 cannot be guaranteed. All re-shipped orders will be charged $25.


 

Box Office

  • Campground entrance, East & West Box Offices will open on Wednesday, June 13
  • The VIP & South Box Offices will open on Thursday, June 14
  • Days/Hours for box office: TBD

On-Site Pickup:

  • Only the original purchaser may pick up and must present valid photo ID
  • No alternate name pickups allowed
  • No partial pick up of order, you are responsible for disbursement of your credentials

 

Payment Plan/EZ-Pay

  • EZ-Pay allows you to split your purchase up into four monthly payments
  • You will be billed once per month (on the same day as your original order) until the balance is paid in full
  • Once paid in full, your tickets will be shipped to you
  • Under this payment plan, you will see an additional fee of $8.00

How to Buy

Below is an example of John C. Jammer buying tickets for the family. John and his wife are going to go VIP and camp and his two kids are going to just come in each day and park. The kids want to visit mom and dad in the campground, though. Let’s go!


  • 1. Go to CountryJam.com and click on the BUY TICKETS link in the upper right hand corner.

  • 2. This is the welcome page and gives some starting info about Country Jam. From here you can click on any of the menus. John is going to start with his VIP Seats.

  • 3. This shows you with VIP & Reserved seating map. Tier descriptions and amenities are below. Click on the section you want to purchase and to see availability. John is going to look at section 2.

  • 4. Here is a map of section 2. The greyed out dots are already sold, and the white ones are available for purchase. John and his wife are going to sit in row E seats 1 & 2. Click on all the seats you want, and then the Add To Cart button at the bottom.

  • 5. Then, it will ask if you want to add Camp Access. Since John and his wife are camping they both need to add it.

  • 6. Now we can move on to the admissions tab for our General Admission Tickets. John’s kids are coming and are going to visit some friends in the campgrounds throughout the weekend, so they need a 4-Day With Campground Access.

  • 7. Select the quantity needed, click the Add To Cart button.

  • 8. Now we can pick our campsite. The map is clickable, so click each section to learn about the availability. John is going to camp in the VIP Campground.

  • 9. This shows the availability of the VIP campground. John has selected site D7. Make sure to click the Add To Cart button.

  • 10. Now we can select the parking and add-ons tab. John selected West Weekend Parking so his kids can come and go each day.

  • 11. Select the number needed and then add to cart.

  • 12. Now we are ready to check out. We can use EZ-Pay to split the payment into 4 payments, but John is just going to pay in full so he leaves the checkbox unchecked.

  • 13. Here you have the option to log into an existing account or use Facebook to log in.

  • 14. Enter in your Shipping address and click the Proceed to Payment button.

  • 15. Enter in your credit/debit card number complete with expiration and CVV. Make sure you select the second check box agreeing to the terms and conditions. Then select the Process Order of $______ button.

  • 16. You’re all set! Make sure to take note of your order number on top and review the recap of items on the bottom of the page.
